I have counted in my head and think we might have as many as 10-12 tomorrow, so shall probably get a table round the side, near the pool table, unless it’s hot and sticky outside and the aircon is blasting inside!

Remember that not everyone who says they would like to turn up actually turns up. Waiting for last minute excuses as usual.

True, I always invite a few people I know who always say they’ll come, and then ditch me last minute. They might even read this

But I think we could have a decent crowd.

February and May are locked in tight and April is almost a no-brainer as we have Easter towards the end of the month.

But yes we are willing to accommodate anyone who will be in Brisbane at a specific time....

At this early stage I would say that Web 16 Feb and Thu 26 May (Ozfest attendees in town) are locked in tight.

I am guessing Thu 17 March (St Patricks Day) and then Wed 13 April would be the likely choices for those 2 months. Generally we hold drinks nights every 4-5 weeks and try to ensure that as many regulars as possible are able to attend. As usual we are always open to special requests.

P.S For a change it looks like being a wet day in Brisbane....

It is hard to beat The Mill as a drinks venue. Anyway Mal, Bundy Bear, Anat0l and/or samh004 may be interested in meeting up. Unfortunately I am overseas on those dates.

Mulled over Thu 26 May but QF/PX doesn't arrive till 20.00. I may turn up on a different wavelength to any residual participants

Should be able to join in after August when my contract in POM finishes.

It was on a corner, and we were in the upstairs bar, that’s all I remember… oh and the eye candy!
