Booking reward tickets from the Caribbean - call centre only?

Just had a gander online and couldn't see any way of booking flights from the Caribbean. I was trying to book UVF-LGW.

I guess the only option is via the call centre?
 
It's worth a call as the airports in the Caribbean aren't listed. There may be some availability on AA via MIA if you can't find an award on BA.
 
There is an option "can't see your city? Click here to see all destinations" or something to that effect.

If you still can't ser UVF then I'd call.
