Hey,

I'm new here so I hope I posted this in the right section.

I want to book some flights this week with CX (ADL-PEK-HKG-ADL) and EK (HKG-LHR, CDG-DXB-HKG) departing in July 2011. Unfortunately, my passport expired a few days ago, so do I need to get a new passport before I can book these tickets, or can I wait to get the passport?

Thanks for any help :)

Welcome to AFF chompalomp2.

There shouldn't be a problem booking these tickets straight away. Once you get your new passport, make sure to update your passenger profile with the new details as soon as possible.

The only country I know of off the top of my head which requires it in advance is the USA, and as long as the correct information is in there 4 Days before departure, you shouldn't have any issues.

I agree, no issue, the CSA will update the details when you check in anyway.
