Bonuses for transferring Flybuys points to Velocity

Still haven’t received bonus points, anyone else noticed delays?

As per the T&C's it can take up to a month to credit from the end of the promotion. So the bonus points credit process isn't fully automated going by that.

I have received manual transfer confirmation emails from flybuys, and auto transfer emails from Velocity.

I manually transferred 200,000 pts today and transfer was instant. Still waiting on bonus.
I was going to then turn on the auto transfer to do the balance for 15% but then I read this on the bottom line: "Offer redeemable once." This suggests to me you can do one or the other transfer but not both if you want to receive the bonus.

Each Flybuys member is eligible for one allocation of bonus Velocity Points in connection with this offer, which will be calculated on the first eligible transfer that the member successfully completes during the Promotion Period.
