All just for the sales brochure. Unless it adds to revenue, no one is ordering the fancy lights etc. in Australia at least.
 
Yep - not surprising that the original article also has almost universal derision of the fancy lights and photo-shopped premium cabins and instead has numerous tough questions about seat pitch and width.
