Yes, don't get me started on HGP at the moment. Still waiting for them to sort out the mess in their systems when I tried to join.

7 days later, no response to my email enquiry for assistance. Doesn't paint a great picture for a new member.

Why not reapply using a different mail address and the trial platinum link?

Has anyone had luck redeeming a stay at the Park Hyatt, Sydney?

I'm tempted to sign up as I have a quick weekend in MEL in a couple of weeks time. I could stay at the Grand Hyatt one night, and the Park Hyatt the following. It will cost ~$600 for 2 nights, but a free night at the Park Hyatt Sydney is already worth ~$600.

We had two free nights in September. The stay was as close to perfect as possible. Lunch was particularly nice.
