Hi Everyone,
I've been faithfully collecting QFF points for a few years, a combo of flying and credit card bonuses. I've accrued about 190k points at this stage. Would love to keep accruing and fly first class one day but due to some health problems I'm restricted to Australia for the time being. I'm looking at taking a trip to WA (from Sydney) in July and I'm considering using some points to fly either one or both ways in business class to reduce the stress on my back. Is this flight generally considered a good use of points? (I know not to use them for international economy!). Additionally, if my friend was to take the same flight but in economy (either paid or on her own points) would I be able to guest her into the business lounge prior to our flight? Or no guesting without status?
Thanks for all the tips and insight I've learned on here so far!
