Mind you, it's not a great benefit to those who would otherwise be excluded.

The drop in standards of service have been marked since the last change of contractor, a year or so ago, I think.
And is it my imagination, or has the menu also been reduced? The offerings were quite limited this time, compared with my memory of previous visits. Again, perhaps, a function of the schedule changes though.

Whatever the reason, it was not an uplifting experience this past week.
