We're travelling shortly on the A380 in Business, and from the loads, I can see we're almost certain to be upgraded to F.
We are travelling with our 13 month old (who's great on planes), and we know 5A has the bassinet seat, which is currently free.
However, all other "A" seats are taken, so ideally we would have allocated 4A and 5A.
What are our best options here? I'm thinking:
1. Take 5A and 5F, and leave the divider down. Not ideal, as we'd have to walk through the galley all the time.
2. Forego the bassinet, and take two K seats. Not ideal, as he'll sleep a good chunk of the flight
3. Is it an option to ask if Qantas will move the passenger in 4A? I've been asked to shift before to seat a couple together when in F (mind you, only 3A to 2A), so I know they do in some circumstances.
Any advice is welcome. Thanks!
