Saw this in my activity statement.
Just checking that this flight should have received 40 SC and 1250 points and not NOTHING

Given that it is an ASA then yes it should have earnt points and SC

Hey pm92, I had a similar issue a few days ago on a QF15xx flight number (a B717 QLink flight) Waited 5 days then tried to "claim missing points" online but as my Activity Statement (like yours) already has an entry for that flight/date it wont work. I wrote to [email protected] to explain the situation with all necessary details and the points/SC posted next day.

I have always been able to resolve such misposting with a simple telephone call.

It should be immediately obvious to the CSA the posting was incorrect.

(I suggest simply pointing them to the line stating "ANY SEAT AWARD" - they should see what is wrong without you telling them.)
