Bankwest Qantas Transaction account [being withdrawn in 2025]

Just wondering if you continued with multiple payments for the last couple of months after the initial wave of closures started? I'm behaving now and trying to figure out if I should expect a letter too...

I continued, assuming (correctly) it would also end for me at some point so may ask well make hay while the sun still shined. I stopped the multiple payments at the start of Oct. Good luck.

A question for anyone have managed to transfer error points by BW last month leaving the QF account balance 0 . Did they tried to reverse it and leave an negative balance , it look like BW IT done something wrong again today .

I emptied out my daughters account after she received the IT error last month, they did not put it into negative, and have made the same mistake again so I promptly emptied it again. Thanks for the heads up, let's see if we get to keep these mistakes

I got it reverse back last month , have emptied it out this time , happy to see those mistake on a monthly basis :)

No points this time but can't complain!
 
I got the bonus last month and didn't transfer out my points so they were able to reverse it.
Just got another bonus, and have acted a little differently this time :)
 
Interestingly I received a letter for the 2nd of our accounts. However this one was not to cancel the account rather it was a warning that it would be closed if the account continued to make payments that would normally be made as one transaction into multiple small transactions.

This account had stopped making transactions after Telstra moved to a $1 minimum.
