I received my latest Telstra bill just then... it is way too short 
Just wondering if you continued with multiple payments for the last couple of months after the initial wave of closures started? I'm behaving now and trying to figure out if I should expect a letter too...

They have reversed the previous reversal! We'll see if it stays in the account ....
A question for anyone have managed to transfer error points by BW last month leaving the QF account balance 0 . Did they tried to reverse it and leave an negative balance , it look like BW IT done something wrong again today .
I emptied out my daughters account after she received the IT error last month, they did not put it into negative, and have made the same mistake again so I promptly emptied it again. Thanks for the heads up, let's see if we get to keep these mistakes

Did you transfer to other account and leave balance 0 or you just leave it in the account and BW got it back ?
Interestingly I received a letter for the 2nd of our accounts. However this one was not to cancel the account rather it was a warning that it would be closed if the account continued to make payments that would normally be made as one transaction into multiple small transactions.
This account had stopped making transactions after Telstra moved to a $1 minimum.
