Good Morning, im currently in Thailand and am heading back to Oz tomorrow evening into MEL.
I have a Qantas lounge pass that ive redeemed via my ANZ creditcard.
I understand theres no longer a Qantas lounge in Bangkok but passengers have a few options with Cathay, Emirates, Jal and the Louis Tavern lounges. Ive seen some poor reviews on the Louis Tavern lounges, if im dressed respectfully does anyone know if im allowed in either of the other lounges?
Any thoughts are very much appreciated. Cheers

Do you have status? Or flying J? If not then no lounge for you regardless of how you're dressed.

No status and flying economy on points so i think ill save it insead of heading into Louis Tavern. Thx for your reply @Hvr

Some of the Louis Tavern lounges are ok. Basic food and drink and a quiet place to relax. Think in concourse D.

Think I'll be able to sample in 2 weeks again flying QF codeshare in 3K.

I have a pass to access this lounge but have read too many bad reviews. Was looking to get into a better lounge if me pass would allow it.

A Qantas lounge pass obtained from an ANZ credit card does not allow access to any lounge at BKK airport, including Louis Tavern.

check the PP was website pretty sure you can also go into the Oman air lounge (or similar) i used that lounge a couple years ago and it was much better the Louis tavern.

Asking for someone ... If a QF gold on QF Y BKK-SYD, is there any lounge access at all? (No PP).
There’s 2 travellers, no idea what other pax status is. Thanks.

Yes. The miracle lounge will be the QF designated lounge. However your friend may visit the CX lounge as well, both with 1 guest right.

Excellent, thanks for that info. Never heard of the miracle lounge before.

The lambskin rugs in the Miracle 'F' lounge dunnies are nice touch.
And, TBH, I'm a little surprised they've not been 'souvenired' yet.

The CX lounge doesn’t have a great buffet spread (actually it’s pretty poor) but redeems itself with a good noodle bar that does very good steamed pork buns. The bar is ok aswell.

Is this the one at G2? They look pretty swish but not sure how hygienic they are in the bathroom.
They won't get into the 'F' lounge as a Gold. In fact I can't get into that lounge as Platinum. They'll get Miracle business lounge access which is Ok.

If you don't like noodles the CX lounge does not have much in the way of food.
