is there any way to drop bags earlier than 3 hours when completed on line check in and travelling business class qantas

Have done this flight a few times and don't believe there's a way around it unfortunately. Guess the only consolation is that Haneda is great for a look around, can imagine that carting round large baggage until 7pm would be a pain in the cough though.

Tried to find the same at Heathrow when I was on a midday flight and my wife & her mate were on a 9pm flight, and they preferred I drive us all to the airport in the rental I had than any other options. So they went shopping in town after I checked in.. It was pretty inexpensive for lockers for the 8-9 hours or so, obviously it’d be better if you could drop-off for free but I’ve been told a lot of airports have such lockers.

Japan is very precise with check in times. They will open at the stated time and not a minute before.

There are baggage lockers in 3 different sizes in all terminals at HND near the train station ticket gates. There is also additional baggage storage in the international terminal near the domestic transfer counters on the arrivals level and near the J/K check in counters on the departure level.
