Awesome Crew in QF 864 J 29 May

This week four of us went to Sydney to celebrate my Mother’s 70[SUP]th[/SUP]. On our return flight we encountered the most amazing crew. On a short hop SYD – OOL with a decent load in J, the CSM (Jenny) effortlessly did service and still found time to write a lovely card to my Mother and make a nice fuss over the occasion, including a visit to the flight deck for a photo with the Captain and FO (on landing of course). Her colleague also sung happy birthday as we were walking down the stairs.

With fog delays, a false start and grumpy pax, it takes a crew of true professionals to turn the experience around. Suffice to say it was a perfect finish to our little jaunt, and Mum was elated with the experience.
