Award booking site down?

Hi folks,

Anyone else unable to even start a search from the velocityrewards.com.au Redeem->Flights->Book a Flight page? Seems to be broken for me...

I logged in first if that makes a difference.

I've been trying to book a hotel online with points for 2 days. Keep getting the error message "Sorry, we are unable to process your Velocity details right now...."

Hmph - I can't even search on one PC (even after deleting any velocity-related cookies), and on another it gets through to processing payment but then errors out. How frustrating...

Well, it turns out that after fiddling more with the browser that couldn't even search, that was a client side issue.

Ended up calling in to try to get the flight booked, and although they can see availability for the (DL) flight that I want just as it shows on the website, they also can't ticket it, and it isn't available at all! Man I am getting tired of trying to deal with the awards booking process, it seems like it turns into a massive trial about 50% of the time.
