Avianca Lifemiles / Turkish airlines how to get e-ticket printout

I have purchased a ticket on Turkish airlines via Avianca Lifemiles, however i have receipt from Avianca and have an eticket number, but i cannot print the
e-ticket on Turkish airlines website because there e-ticket numbers start with 235 and the e-ticket I have from Avianca lifemiles starts with 202.
the flight is for my sister in law and the flight is from Novosibirsk to Paris next year. As Russian check in system might be slightly different i would be more confident if I could procure an e-ticket for my sister in law , so she can present it at check in.
I have print outs from check my trip and avianca , however that is not an e-ticket. also she is trying to get a visa for europe and having an e-ticket to show would be better as well. Any ideas would be appreciated.. thanks in advance.

Ask Avianca to send you one...in the past when I've had tickets reissued I've received those sort of text only emails you often get as a ticket receipt. You might have some difficulty explaining what you want though!

Ask Avianca to send you one...in the past when I've had tickets reissued I've received those sort of text only emails you often get as a ticket receipt.

Looking at it again though, it is in Spanish...but pretty easy to make out the pertinent details!

Avianca's receipt should have Turkish Airlines reservation code. Go to their website and use Online Services - View Flight Details, enter the reservation code and this should do the trick

yes i have a Turkish reservation code which i could enter, however I still got the e-ticket starting with 202 which does not come up.

However i came across the solution. i went to taca website and put in the reservation code from Avianca/Taca and I managed to get the e-ticket thru that website.

I can usually get all my printouts using the booking reference on www.checkmytrip.com
