perhaps they're not actually available - with the "new" search feature... no AC on any of the dates previously available 12 hours ago.
 
LM is now actively blocking TG :( PVG-BKK on 1 July is available through UA, but both smartsearch and airline sepcific search returns a 'nil' result on LM. This means you can't even do a screenshot.

This is exactly the case.

Searched AC today with old booking system and found availability (matching the UA site so no phantom), then searched again with new system and got nothing. Back to old system and flights were available again.

I wonder if this is also the case with other airlines and, more importantly, with mistake fares.
 
Anyone successful with ANY search showing availability tonight? I have tried a few searches and nothing shows up for me....
 
There is a theory that LM improves inventory during their miles sales, then modifies it soon after they end.

This would seem to be a case in point :(

has anyone seen any availability ex Australia? I have not seen any availability even in economy, regardless of origin / destination / date. Found plenty of availability on united.
 
I was seeing nothing too, but I switched the home page to Colombia which brought up the old-style booking tool and normal availability.

Thanks! Although I could only get availability for TG using the TG specific search from the drop-down box. 'Smart search' returned a nil result (where as previously it would have returned availability). So might be worth checking both options.

That wouldn't work for me, always took me to the new search page and could never get any results, the workaround I have found (using Chrome on Windows) is to:

1. log out of your lifemiles account
2. close ALL browser windows and tabs
3. go directly to the old search address https://www.lifemiles.com/eng/use/red/dynredpar.aspx
4. put in the search I want to run
5. It will then have a pop up to login, fill in your membership number and password and it will take you to your results.

Limitation is that you can only look at different dates for the city pair you input in step 4. if you want to search a different origin and destination go back to step 1!
 
Thanks for the workaround, however clumsy it might be for now. Hopefully things improve.
 
My results are totally random.Some of those routes I am following have not changed,a couple now have no availability but the one I really wanted now is obviously LM deliberately trying to upset me.
Trying for a J award on ANA NRT-HNL.Was showing availability until ~ a month ago.Then nothing.Last week occasional Y awards.Today J awards-but only from the day after our cruise leaves.:p:mad:
 
The Columbia workaround works for me too, but this is concerning. If that changes at some point then we are left with the new search engine which is not showing any availability at all for TG or SQ on any route which I was searching....I have sent an email to LM asking them what the story is....lets see if I get a response....

Lets hope you get one but I doubt it.
