So what's an example of this new mixed pricing?

Random search:

Option2.jpg

Choose both legs in Business = 75000 miles

Option1.jpg

Choose 1st leg in Economy, 2nd leg in Business = 68470 miles


Also works for, say, First/Economy (I tested a TG/SQ combo) or v/v
 
The other day I could use my PNR from the Lifemiles redemption email on Thai MMB but today is says " enter reservation code " no matter what I put in the field.. The same PNR shows up fine on check my trip..

Any assistance is appreciated

Same thing is happening with ticket issued by UA. I also tried the global site which has a different portal for MMB but same message pops up. I think just give it a day and see how it goes then.

I reckon it'll sort itself randomly, give it time.

Seems to be back to its ramshackle self.
I was able to do TG seat selection on new LM and UA bookings just now.

I still cant get it to work !

EDIT : clear cache and history still not working

clear cache and history and open new incognito window ( chrome ) and it worked

I'm trying to redeem a flight on the Lifemiles website but it doing my head in. When putting in my origin and destination my input won't stay in the field. I'll type in 'Mel' and it will come up with Melb Florida or Melb Tulla. I choose Tulla but it doesn't appear in the field. When l choose the date it shows up in the field as NaN/NaN/NaN.

I've done all the usual things, close the browser, refresh the page, tried on both Samsung phone and Tablet. I have had this problem before and had the same thing happen a few days ago when l booked another flight but with persistence it eventually worked. Not working today though.

So, does anyone else get this and is there any way around it?

Which airline have you selected in the drop down box? If you haven't selected star alliance or smart search, it will clear out the oxed as Avianca doesn't fly there.

I have this issue often. If on PC, I normally do force refresh with Crtl+f5 (Windows) or CMD+r (MAC). With mobile device, I clear cache ie Chrome settings --> privacy --> clear browsing data (images and files). These seem to do the trick for me.

Thanks all. I've got 'smart search' in the dropdown. I was using Chrome then tried InternetExplorer with success!!! I'm just working on mob phone and tablet at the moment as I'm travelling.

Thanks for info on clearing Chrome gettings - something l hadn't thought of. Noted for future reference.

I see almost zero TG-F availability between SYD-BKK :(

I wonder if it's due to increased demand from the UA devaluation or something else?

Availability for this year started drying up back in about late August... only a couple days here and there were left through to the end of the year. The space was there, just got taken. I suspect a lot has to do with the UA devaluation.Some are actually travelling. Some have booked tickets 'just because' it is so cheap (a 'there and back' special purpose trip). Others will have booked tentative trips and will never end up travelling... just like before the SQ devaluation, and will then cancel the ones they don't need. But after 1 November of course. It's also possible TG might be restricting availability until after 1 November.

I haven't. Could be something new. If it is addressed to your membership number and full name it might be ok.
