ya.. thats really new..tried few dates.. and there are definitely J seats for AirNZ !!

NZ J seats have been there a while but they were never "bookable". i.e it would error out when you tried to complete the booking, like Air China. This is the first report I've seen of a successful "website only" booking.

Nice, and hopefully the A350 BKK-MEL.

Hopefully! My outbound flight on 24th December is MEL-BKK, so hopefully on that too. They still have it loaded in their schedule starting around July 1st, but, and it's a big but, they haven't had their first aircraft delivered yet and I am sure it will do some short domestic and intra Asia familiarity flights first.

Just booked MUC-BKK-SYD on TG in First class for 115k miles and $101USD taxes + $25USD booking fee for travel 18th June...

All booked on the website... no screenshots (HOORAY FOR THAT!)...

Super excited to give it a whirl!

I booked the same itinerary online about 2 months ago for June 22nd! Too easy eh

I have to say I'm mighty impressed with the LM Support Call Centre having booked the following over the course of the last week and using current LM promotion -

All flights are Sep-Oct 2016.

2 x SYD-BKK TG F (18 hr layover) then BKK - HKG TG F for 50K pp plus taxes/fees

we'll spend a couple of days in HKG and then...

2 x HKG-ICN-CEB OZ J 22.5K pp plus taxes/fees (done online, no screenshot method required)

2 x CEB-ICN (9.5 hr layover) then ICN-SIN OZ J and finally SIN-SYD SQ J (A380) for 40K pp plus taxes/fees

This last one was interesting. I originally did screenshot method for all OZ from CEB-ICN-SYD. When speaking to call centre, agent helpfully pointed out the last sector (ICN-SYD) was in Y not J. I must have missed this when sending screenshots through but agent was absolutely correct. When I sounded less than enthusiastic about this, the agent went off and found OZ flights from CEB to SIN (via ICN) and then got us onto SQ A380 in J back to Sydney.

Great service by the call centre and very proactive by the various agents I spoke with. Definitely makes up for the silly online booking engine deficiencies in my opinion.

well done on getting that SQ flight -- thought they were gone for the forseeable future. there was a time when screenshots were first being used when flights like ADL-SIN-CTS SQ-TG showed to give the option of just asking for the ADL-SIN sector but even that's gone now AFAIK

AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

Pretty boring one but just ticketed this morning via screenshot:

ZRH-PEKx-BKKx-PER on LX-TG-TG for 2 x J in OCT 2016
170000 + 178.72 USD

Sent email yesterday evening, itinerary received this morning, called them to pay and tickets issued not long after. Very quick this time round

I imagine the availability probably ends up better this way for people who know how to use the screenshot method!
