I was a student as well, but living in inner suburban Melbourne the concession admission was my only real cost.

I hadn’t even flown my first plane flight back then. Took another 2 years.

I'm way too cyncial to fall for the CA marketing of this match. Thus I haven't received any email so what points are you referring to?

I received an email from Qantas offering three points options to go to the cricket on day 1 of the 150 Anniversary test (50K/40K/30K). I have better things to do with points, so it went strait to the bin.

(I went to every day of the Centenary test in 1977.)
