Australia Day Sydney International Meet

Aloha all.

I'm celebrating Australia day by doing a very Australian thing - flying to Britain

I'm on EY455, a 21:50 departure. My afternoon is mostly free, so if there are people around to meet up with I can check-in when it opens and be airside around 7pm.

I'm flying Etihad business class so by default I'll be in the ANZ lounge, and as a VA Plat can guest someone in if need be. I do have a burning desire to venture inside the QF F lounge, so if anyone is around to guest me it would of course be very much appreciated

Either way would be good to kill an hour or two with someone as I am flying solo, so if you'll be at Sydney International that evening do let me know.

That's a shame. Almost worth paying the $200 change fee to move to an earlier flight... but not quite
