Exactly the same sound when my phone went off with a Tsunami warning whilst sitting on the beach in Waikiki last year!

So I knew what to expect.

I was standing on my balcony, ipad in hand, expecting to film the emergency tone resonating from every apartment and car in a soundwave across the suburb.

The reality was rather rather disappointing
