Like Travel Associates it's part of the Flight Centre group. FC has such a bad name, that they are trying to establish their own competitors. A bit like having your cake and eat it as well. I do not use FC or it's associated companies, I do not recommend people to use FC or their associated companies. They have record in regards to ACCC legal action, that should make any person think about using FC.

yes latter is not chinese but rather taiwanese.

FC aren';t that bad. When you have that many offices, you will get a few mistakes/problems at times. The trick is finding someone who knows where you are going. No one person can know everything, which is why we deal with specialists. We do a lot of skiing, so only deal with snow wholesalers in OZ, who always offer much better deals, than can be found anywhere online.
