It is a long shot and in fact I am. Unfortunately I can't help you with lounge access though. I'm arriving on QF 81 @18:20 and overnighting at a Geylang hotel before leaving for BKK in the morning.

I don't know how everyone else does it, but I do mine by hand. No special software.

Notepad (or Wordpad configured with a monospace font, e.g. Courier New) helps heaps with the spacing issues.

I'm the same - the old fashioned way is how I cope.
