Definitely not my area of expertise, but this will apply to me well down the track. I thought this was subject to a $27,500pa cap?

I think that can be accumulated. Last year I contributed $103k in order to offset tax.

Not working for payments from an ANZ cc today.

Not working for Nab cards today. Very irritating.

Have lodged support ticket and will give them a 1 star review on the Apple Store - I find this is actually the best way to get companies to notice!

Presumably the Beem lessons is: if your card works, don’t fiddle with it.

Not to rub it in, but I’ve had another successful BAS month without fees.

Support is useless, agreed with all the posters above - off to give it a 1 star review for the ‘internal server error’.

Mine was working ok until I was silly enough to add my new Dragon card number - it doesn't work for any cards now. Shame as I had a $20K bill to pay which was going to be cost free which now won't be. IT keeps asking mr to "verify your payment" at which point, there is an "internal server error".

I'm using IOS - I've tried quitting the app a few times and powering down my iPhone but none has helped - it's completely bricked the app now.
Assuming debit cards will likely still work now and credit cards were costing Beem alot of money in merchant fees so they've put a stop to it.

was having the Internal Server Issue for a while, logged a ticket a few days ago, not expecting much to come of it based on everyone elses experience here. surprisingly I just got a new reply to say that the issue has been resolved, to reinstall the app again (which I had already tried multiple times, but did it again today) and it is working now. CBA Diamond CC.

new update just came out and hour ago. but still no luck for dragon.

tempted to report lost card and get new card numbers to give it a go

Not using it for any purchases ex-CBR, but had success last week with other merchants that usually pay 0 points per dollar and a BWA card.

Today I had a card start working which had never worked before, always had the Internal Server Error ever since I added it.
Truly a Christmas miracle!

Deleting the app, downloading it again, and then turning my phone off worked for me.

yeah I had a similar thing happen to me around 12 months ago, when I first started using it. Did a small, maybe $50 transaction to test, went through ok, then did a $2000 transaction up next. Entire internet banking and all of my cards, not just the one I used were locked, had to go into a branch to redo my ID and confirm that the transaction was authorised.

It is a common technique of credit card fraud to make a couple of small debits and when they go through to make a big hit and then disappear. The banks IT algorithm may be why your accounts were blocked.

I just tried deleting the app restarting my phone and re-installing the app - no dice for me

I do have a support ticket open - will report back what comes of it. Was working until I added my Dragon card - now doesn't work for any card - even my lesser earning cards - shouldn't have been greedy and tried to add another card.

Did you try removing all the cards added to it?
