I normally use the ATO payment portal, but looking around in the ATO Online services (accessed through MyGov) I can see a BPAY option under Tax->payments.If you find a way to Bpay ATO with your credit card please let us know

Last night I did get myself a new Visa card (subject to some paperwork) from an Australian bank. This one may prove to be a winner but it may take a couple of months to know if it is or not.

No I already have a WOWcc which the silver donut run in place of HSBC. This was a BWcc and I need to contact them to get a statement.
The silver donut have a card with a 40,000 sign on but we are fine without another cc at the moment.
The black donut is interesting for some because it has uncapped Qantas points earning at $1:1 on Visa.

From what I can tell, it does. Nothing in the T&Cs, and the Jetstar card which is also Macquarie does too. I haven't personally tested either or seen recent clear confirmation from anyone though.
