Has anyone tried paying ATO in person at a post office and use EFPOS (I assume that includes CC)? If the merchant is recorded as Aus post we might get full point earn!

i dont think you can pay the ato at aust post with cc. does anyone know if you earn points using the go mastercard to pay the ato?
I've earned QFF points by using an Amex Black QFF mastercard to pay off my HECS bill. Don't see why it wouldn't work for other ATO payments?
Terrible news with CBA that was my number one ATO card not sure where to go now except thumping a load through in October
However, I think this is the only Amex card that offers 1pt/$ for ATO (if anyone can confirm it), all the others offer 0.5pt/$ for ATO @ 1.45%, which isn't that great. The problem with all Amex cards is the higher fee, compared to Visa and Mcard.

Sorry, I was referring to normal Amex, not co-branded amex (big 4 banks).I've been getting 0.75 points with Westpac Altitude black amex (after sweep to a FF program).
