ATO (tax office) payments by credit card

This month I used Westpac Kris Flyer Amex as it is still working. My Westpac Black Altitude cards are now cut into little pieces. Used to work a treat but not now.
 
What that means is my only warehouse for Kris Miles in Australia is Citi Prestige plus two in the US credit cards I use. Of course that Citi Prestige card is useless for ATO and about to be useless for other Government charges.

What about Amex (and Velocity)?

Edit: sorry missed the 'my', though thought you had an Platinum Edge
 
Direct Amex cards are pretty much a waste of space for ATO as they tend to earn points/Miles at 2.9 cents each.
My US Amex earns 1 point per $AUD but their exchange rate is no good that they use.

Looks like 1.29c/point using Rewardpay & AMEX Explorer, which I will take on occasion.

Yes I plan to do some more with Chase Sapphire US and Citibank US as they still work sweetly.
 
I used BW World to pay our final ATO before year end. My son is overseas so I didn't use his St George Amplify credit card. The biggest part of the bill went to Westpac for Kris Miles.

Thanks Mr Cove! BTW, I noticed that in my previous message, the word 'options' has changed colours and has been linked to a Russian bride finding website! How ingenious!! Wonder who did that? The forum software or the admins!
 
My Svetlana has wanted to pair off with our drron.
I don't have the St George CC card so I don't get updates.
My US cards are working fine.

Cove, I think you must've read my mind
I got my Westpac Black Altitude only few months ago (with sign on bonus) but especially for ATO as my WPBC KF card was expiring. To my delight the latter was renewed. Now with the Westpac Black Altitude dumping ATO , I have dumped that card and will get the titanium shears out soon.
 
Two in our family went in First on the newer SQ 777 with 4 first class seats. On one sector they the only ones in that cabin.
Those 3M titanium bladed scissors are going to be perfect for reducing some of the credit cards that have been too enhanced.
We have had that Kris Flyer Amex since the start.
