Arriving J departing Y, Business class lounge access?

I'm flying through AUH next week, flying SYD-AUH in business but AUH-DUB in economy.

Just wondering if I have access to the PEarl Lounge in AUH or is that only on departing tickets?

Not sure what the rules actually are but I flew FRA - AUH (April 2013) in business upgraded from Y at the airport and then Y+ AUH - SYD all on a VA ticket and the lounge angels let me in (no status). It wasn't too busy at the time though. No harm in asking??
