Are all Virgin Australia economyX seats the same pitch on the 737-8

I’m retuning from Bali to Brisbane in September on the 737-8 and contemplating an EconomyX seat at $104 each for partner and I and I can choose from row 3,4,14 and 15. Do all of these seats have the same legroom? I’d assume the exit row has more room than row 3&4?

I’ve also see a lot of positive comments about row 3, although if you have the middle seat you end up with less leg room due to the business class seats and also a view between the business class seats, so wouldn’t row 4 be better?

I’m 192cm tall so exploring this option rather than cramming into a standard seat.

I booked Jetstar on the way over with extra leg room, it’s much cheaper than Virgin, it was a no brainer.

Row 3 every time from Bali, there is more room. The view to business depends on whether it is the brand spanking new jets or not.

The middle seats in Row 3 on the newer ones are pretty pants. I would not give them any money for that seat!!

Given that picture, it looks like the *old* configuration had a lot more knee room and overall sense of space? The new jets - no divider - looks cramped :(

The older config. With the divider definitely gives appearance and feel of more leg room . The middle seats are not great but window and aisle are ok although I have experienced middle pax leg spread unfortunately on the new. As plat and if in Y, I still think window and aisle ok for row 3 but doubt I would pay for it. Additionally with the aisle seat without the rope or shower curtain you always get pax passing trying and often succeeding in using front loos. It was so much better as it was.

I almost always fly in row 3 if not in J, and it's totally fine, I mean, how tall are you? I'm 180cm tall, and I have more than enough legroom in row 3 on the Max.
The plus in row 3 is a faster exit, the negative is a longer walk to the loo.

More than 190 🤣

I was just commenting on serfty’s post that the new jets were better in row 3 than the old… it doesn’t look that way from the pictures :(
