I think I tried with GoBiz the first time, but there was some issue with the data connection and it was done manually.

I think just the normal income and expenses details.
Just looked and on the conditional approval email, it asked for closure letters for a couple of credit cards.

Thanks for checking. Are they simply checking income, expenses and existing credit cards of the business entity or also checking personal income, expenses and credit cards?
