Anyone want a 2 business class reward seats I'm going to cancel? QF20 from Manila to Sydney on 22nd December

[fly_DMC]

I'll cancel them and then you can hopefully book them in quickly (using your own points)

Cancelling seats doesn’t guarantee a return to the award pool.

Do you know much about how this works and how quickly it would happen?
I can see they're not sold out of regular tickets which should increase the chances.

I doubt it will, reward seats at Christmas don’t exist this close for a reason.

Welcome to AFF!

Sorry Not how it works
There is no guarantee that cancelling reward seats will cause them to re-appear in inventory.

Sorry not how it works either.

Award seats are extremely limited in supply and are among the first tickets to be sold

That was a kind instinct to help others @fly_DMC.

Welcome to AFF, @fly_DMC !

Thank you for your kind consideration in alerting us.

Unfortunately, the airlines are not as altruistic as your good self (they are a business, after all).

Appreciate the nice gesture of giving members a headsup, even if the seats don't end up back on the reward inventory. . Welcome to the forum.

You get points for your kind gesture anyway.
