Do you know much about how this works and how quickly it would happen?
I can see they're not sold out of regular tickets which should increase the chances.

I doubt it will, reward seats at Christmas don’t exist this close for a reason.

There is no guarantee that cancelling reward seats will cause them to re-appear in inventory.
