Another BNE security screening breach

Here at BNE DOM at the moment and they are halting all flights and stopping passenger egress around the terminal whilst they review cameras.

I would expect there are going to be some delayed flights this evening.

If only they also install/review cameras on the aerobridges at the International terminal?

Edit: Turned out to be a bit of a nothing burger, they clearly found who they were looking for. Might help explain why people's flights ex BNE have been delayed though, mine was pushed back 25 mins.

One thing I can say is that staff at BNE are clearly well rehearsed in this event type

I take that back. They have had a second breach and evacuated the terminal. What a dogs breakfast

Looks like fault equipment was the cause. Im still stuck outside the terminal waiting for rescreening, and very late

My inbound flight VA973 is doing circles over OOL/Tweed as there is no ramp space for us to disembark.

Have broken out of the racetracks and heading to BNE but no time given for disembarkation.

QF1936, JQ754 and QF626 are parked on a taxiway and have been for the last 30 mins.
