Europcar overnight parking rule

I just noticed this on my Estonia rental terms and conditions:

Client is obliged to park the Vehicle overnight (20:00 pm – 08:00 am) in a parking house or secure(guarded) parking lot. If the event of damage or theft of the Vehicle or it`s parts occurs and the Client is not able to present to the Lessor a receipt or parking ticket as proof, all insurances described in paragraph4(B) and accepted by Client will be void.

Has anyone come across this before or been caught out by this ? What about parking at someone's home either in a garage or a driveway ? Am I covered ? There is nothing about this in the terms.

Update: After collecting the car a few weeks ago and signing the rental agreement, the agreement DID NOT contain the parking rule. The parking rule appeared on a general terms and conditions sheet which was emailed to me along with my original booking confirmation but not on the final agreement itself.

As an aside this was my first rental with Europcar which has some less than ideal reviews so I was extra cautious inspecting the car. There were many large scratches on the bonnet which were not recorded so I took photos before I drove off. I sent the photos to Europcar during the course of the rental and they said given the scratches could be polished out they were considered wear and tear.
