I MAY be around for this one, but I don't know. Silver at this stage. Trying out my new hobo lifestyle as a telehealth doctor.

Are any of the people from Oz staying around in the Wellington area for a while that weekend? Anyone doing any touring?

I have been watching this tread for a while and only brought it up with the family again a couple of weeks back. Most likely unable to make the event as the long weekend in Mar is the first time MissN will take her first trip without Mum and Dad and she has still not yet worked out why a physical CC is required. Dad has told her that most hotels require a CC at check-in but she (daughter) does not understand this, Mum told her don't worry Dad will just pay, go to town.

Also with the changes to UK Govt rules kicking in on 25 Feb I may be doing a practice run to the UK prior to the LHR crawl and a wider family trip. For some reason the UK thinks I can be claimed as one of their own based on where my farther was born. I have no interest in being a Pom however based on timeframes, daughters travel's and time zones, I may try and work out a route that includes CHC on this weekend.

Goes to check rules, I am pretty sure I am safe. My dad if he ever decides to travel to UK would need a new British passport.

Well, I'm starting to count the sleeps until my next FLounge visit ... I mean this dinner!
30 days still 4 and a bit weeks; and 200kms of running.
