Annual Gold Subscription got charged, but I lost my Gold membership?

I've sent DMs and emails but had not had a response.

My credit card got charged last week automatically for annual Gold membership subscription, but it's not showing up in my profile and I've lost access.

Thought I would post here to see if I get a better response. If it can't be fixed, just provide me a refund thanks.
