You must have lots of kids? Mrs Benhadi and I don't have kids (yet) and we typically spend about $30-$50 a week in woolies/coles/aldi.

Different households have different expenditures.
Mr & Mr diesellife have no kids, but we do buy lots of junks to balance out our busy lifestyle. We usually spend >350 fortnightly in safeway.

Got the postcard today. Could be for either my Amex Plat or Amex Gold credit card, but not specified. Had already signed up with my Amex Plat last night.

Already nearly half way towards my first voucher:
$90 DSE - Broadband recharge voucher.
$15 Woolworths - groceries.
$12 BWS - alcohol.

This one should be simple, and VERY rewarding!

All Qantas Amex cards ineligible for this promo per the T & Cs

This appears to be a "note to self" for Amex. This is a targeted offer, so why include this in the T&C? If the cardholder is not targeted, then he/she is not eligible. As simple as that.

Dan Murphy: Cheap bottle or a bottle bag.
Big W: gum.
Rest in Safeway

Simple. It can be easily accomplished, but I think it's kinda tricky and like a trap. I wonder how many people will become ineligible because of not reading the T&C correctly.

Definitely the wrong ratios there. I say corn chips at Big W, nacho sauce at woolworths, and $243 at Dan Murphys :D

I always spend ~$350 at woolies. But I go shopping about once every 5 weeks, and eat or prepare basically all meals at home (2 people).

Somehow none of my card could register for this offer, even though I have the postcard. Oh well

Hi, was just wondering if this could be spent on giftcards across the stores? I looked at the T&C and there was nothing to suggest that this couldn't be done!

Don't think BWS is part of it?

Not sure if I have been targeted or not but I will check when I get home on the weekend.

i know it needs to be multiple buys across 3 stores that = $250 in total and confirmed on the phone with amex that gift card purchases are fine.
but to get the additional 3 x$50 gift cards do i need to spend further across 3 stores $250 in total another 3 times, thus 4 lots of 3 stores that = $250+ in total for each lot comfined = $1000+ ? does it have to be in sequence>?

Well i've now hit my $1K mark for this promo - with a few days left to go.

Looking forward to my $200 reward (assuming I've correctly followed the T&C properly!)

I hit the $1000 mark in the last days of this promotion as well across Woolworths, Dan Murphys and **** Smith. Patiently awaiting the $200 in gift cards.

Nope - I never received the Coles Express fuel vouchers either, nor did two other people who signed up.

I did receive a credit on my account to cover the inconvenience though which was $50 :D

Anyone received them ?

Nothing here yet - although have not had mail deliveries to my PO Box for three days due to the weather issues, so they could still be in transit.

Assume it will take some time due to the scope of the promotion and the inevitable "audit phase" that will occur.

I'm gonna revive this thread again.... LOL

Same question again: Has anyone received the gift cards yet?
It's been 8 weeks!
