QBR Amex, 2 year renewal is coming up. Guy tried to tell me about the benefits of the card
He offered 50k, I asked for more but that was all he could give.

One year later, forgot about this and only noticed after the annual fee was charged.
Called and got offered 40k QBR points. Asked for more, but that was the maximum.
Accepted it. Said it will be in my account within 24-48 hours.
