We have an Amex Business Card that registers the ABN and points accrued go to the QantasBusinessRewards account and from there we divvy up the points.

Possibly this delay has occurred every month but this month the points left Amex on 16th but still have not been credited to the QBR account. I’m checking this month closely as I want to transfer the points to me for an award booking. I do know that a new year fees was charged this month but otherwise nothing else has changed. So is this delay a new thing that I should check on or is there always a few days before it hits. Prior months show the date into QBR as being the 17th but that could just be the date used and not the actual date they arrived.

Any thoughts?
