Singapore have introduced a 14 day isolation policy on arrivals from Japan. I have a stopover for a few hours. Does anyone know how this situation would play out?

I would guess it would only apply if you were trying to clear immigration, but it's just a guess.

Travellers to gradually be allowed to transit through Changi Airport from June 2
