Looks like it - the Accor Plus website has been updated to add "and the UAE" in addition to "the Asia Pacific".

There are plenty of good Accor properties in the UAE.
Strange thing is over the years plenty of properties we have stayed at in the UAE have already been applying the discount

Yes us too. We stayed at the Pullman Jumeirah Lakes Towers in 2024 and got the dining discount - proactively offered. I wouldn’t have asked. I also hear but don’t know personally that the property at Jebel Hafeet recognised it too.
