ALL Accor+ Explorer Membership Discussion

Has anyone tried buying one of the Chinese Accor subscriptions after the explorer change? I've had some weird adjustments made to my account after I had bought enough nights to push me over Platinum. Ended up with 69 nights.

I also noticed when my explorer membership renewed in Nov, it showed that it was 0 nights which means the explorer cap is working when the nights are applied but I wonder what happens if you add the CN membership after the explorer nights have been added. Anyone want to try? :)

I had booked 3 nights cheapest hotel room only with free cancelation back back in August, as I hadnt decided what I was doing with the single stay plus night back then (which is now 2 stay plus nights).

Turned out to be a good call; as I just checked the same dates for the property (still 4 and a bit months away) and I can now get a higher class of room with breakfast included on all 3 days and use 1 stay plus night for $220 less. So I cancelled and rebooked.

Was also able to use my other stay plus night at Sofitel worth $400; so have recouped my membership and then some :)

First post here so apologies if I am in the wrong place!
I had to cancel a stay free night booked before the changes last October due to health reasons.
So I now have two Stay Plus nights that I need to use before the end of June.
However in this hotel there are no Stay Plus nights available, even though the hotel is available for paid stays seemingly every night.
This does not seem right to me, but where does one go to get it fixed?

You can contact a blogger, get them to reach out to their Accor contacts and maybe they'll do something for you.

Otherwise most people will just find another hotel to use their Stay Plus at.

Despite information on their website suggesting Stay Plus has no restrictions, this is not the case in practice.

I don't know which hotel you are looking at, but keep in mind you will require a two night stay, and some are three night requirements

It's the Sebel Twin Towns Coolangatta, and I have been looking at two night stays. I didn't know about any three night requirements, so will look at that, thanks.

I’m pretty sure that the Sebel Twin Towns Coolangatta has a three night requirement for Stay Plus. Unimpressive, I know.
Sebel generally has a three night requirement

ALL Accor+ Explorer Stay Plus FREE Nights benefit is applicable with a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights at the following Hotels:

Yes quite a few of the Cairns hotels have minimum 3 night stay… must be the Remote Australia rule listed above.
