I was about to email as well as my 2000 points hadn't landed. Logged in this morning and they're showing now too.
Maybe it just took them a little while to catch up

Just went to a Novotel restaurant over the weekend - managed to get 30% food and 15% discount - food wasn't great, service was slow, but the discount was nice.

Did anyone else sign up new to Accor+ through the QBR offer? Took exactly 1 month for the bonus Accor points...



But still no sign of the Qantas points in my QBR account.

Update: After a phone call early October and email last week ( thanks @markis10 ) 2000 points landed yesterday

2000 bonus points and 2000 points September renewal - not saying no to that!

Trying to change my card for my upcoming renewal but after a very very brief flash showing the payment section, it quickly switches to an error. Has anyone been able to get past it before?

I encounted a strange 404 not found error trying to access the subscription/payment page on Chrome, but then had no trouble paying and joining on Firefox.

Bizarre, but perhaps a browser change might fix the issue?

I did try that but no luck.

However it finally stopped erroring on the weekend, and just today i've had the 'Update payment' button appear, so i've fixed that up now! The email said i'll be renewed on the 13th but the site says 30th, who knows when i'll be charged i guess! 13th would be nice though haha

Good morning, have been reading the thread and decided to give it a try
Purchased Accor+ Explorer membership, 30 status nights was credited in about 9 hours
Immediately purchased Accor Plus 2.0 Supreme Card, the 30 status nights credited instantly.

Platinum showing both online and in app. So it appears this still works post 1 October contrary to conflicting Facebook and Reddit posts. Remains to be seen if it continues into 2026.

Yes, nobody knows if Accor will implement their new rules. Please report back in January and let us know if your status is not revoked.

That's a new one to me - it's like ALL+ China? Would have been good under the old rules as it gets you to WP via nights, but new rules limit it to 30 nights only.

We'll find out in 2026. Would be a great loophole if China is not limited.

Looking to join up to Explorer via the QBR links via the "Earn up to QFF 20k points" promo (5k + 5k + 10k for first transaction/booking with QF partners).

The email says those points are "on top of the points earned below" and below says 10k QFF for your QBR account for ALL Accor+ Explorer. Subsequent reminder email says " the bonus points are on top of any existing partner offers".

Click through from the email and the QF page says 5k points for your QBR account. Then click through to ALL Accor site to purchase and there's 5k QFF points.

Pretty sure this will be the only partner I'll use for the first time. Anyone able to confirm the QFF points I can expect to receive under this promo? 5k + (10k or 5k)?

Would I just cancel the auto renewal and then sign up via AMEX?

Yes indeed. Hence I took great care to purchase All Explorer first in case it recognised that I had already been credited 30 nights.

Jan 1 is the day of reckoning. Meanwhile I have made the money back, stacking the All China stay vouchers, suite nights and stay plus for a 12 day China trip end of month.

Yes.

I allowed my paid A+ to expire first.

With no trips in the following month I just waited a few days before activating the Amex Plat Charge version.

Booked Pullman Brisbane King George Sq. using my Stay Plus back in August for a stay this week.
Accor website was abundantly clear bookings made before 30 Sept won't be affected: If you’ve already booked a Stay Plus complimentary night, rest assured your booking will be honoured exactly as planned, with no changes.

Was therefore surprised to get a nastygram from the hotel stating:

We have noticed you have book your stay with us from using one free night voucher.
Please be informed according to Accor Plus member policy, free night redemption has to be in a combination of 1 paying night and 1 free night ( minimum of 2 nights ) in order to be eligible for the redemption.
As such , you will be required to amend the booking for two night stay ....
If we have not heard back from you, the booking will be modify to member’s rate for this reservation. While the free night voucher will be automatically reverse back to your account for your future booking

Have gone back to them stating they are the ones not following policy but nil response yet.
Any options for escalation if they don't see the light?

Hopefully you can sort this out directly with the hotel. Otherwise, I fear a painful experience for you. Accor Plus support is beyond abysmal.
