Just update. Booked Qantas return Business to Seattle....AA from LAX to SEA...Co-share from Sea (Alaskan) Wont allow access to their Lounge :( Bummer !!!!

Yup. The joys of flying Alaskan. They are notorious for denying access to the Board Room.
 
Day Pass' can be purchased for $45.. Not ideal when really it should be granted complimentary for Business PAX, but the option is there...

If you're on a QF flight code in business you should have access.
