The 1840 hours MEL to AKL on Tuesday 8 February, NZ726, was not airborne until 1959. Arrival is expected at about 0115 on Wednesday 9 instead of the timetabled 0020. Aircraft is A320 ZK-OJK.

NZ855 (0615 hours WLG - MEL) on Friday 11 March took off late at 0716 and should arrive at about 0912, 52 minutes late. Aircraft is A320 VK-OJM.

On Monday 14 March, NZ895 from CHC to MEL is forecast to pull in to the MEL gate at 1605 instead of 1100, 305 minutes late. In turn NZ896 back to CHC will depart at 1705 not 1200 today.

Sunday 20 March's NZ792 (1140 ADL across to AKL) was airborne at 1255 and should arrive at about 1925 tonight, an hour late. Aircraft is A320 ZK-OJB.

On Easter Saturday, the 0925 hours SYD to ZQN (NZ832, A320 ZK-OJF) was only about to take off at 1025, so arrival is likely about half an hour late at around 1455 this afternoon NZ time.

NZ846, the 0945 hours mid morning SYD to windy WLG has been cancelled on Monday 11 April 2016. This is despite the NZ845 arrival into SYD at 0845 being only 12 minutes late.

On Thursday 12 May, NZ833, the 1600 hours ZQN to SYD did not take off until 1722 and hence arrived at 1831, 71 minutes late. Aircraft was A320 ZK-OJN.

Monday 16 May 2016 sees NZ725, the 1515 hours AKL - MEL about half an hour with likely arrival at 1750. ZK-OJA is the A320.

Another flight from AKL but this time to SYD, NZ105 (B757ER ZK-NCI) will similarly be a tad more than half an hour late at roughly 1811 when it arrives. It was timetabled ex the NZ non-capital harbour city at 1605 and took off, local time, at 1636 this afternoon.

The Friday 27 May 2016 NZ704 has been adversely affected by the restricted runway operations in SYD due to the west wind. Departures appear to only be from runway 07, so this flight that had a pushback time of 1150 is still waiting (first in the queue) to take off at 1315 hours. Aircraft is A320 ZK-OJD, with likely arrival in the NZ non-capital harbour city at about 1745 late this afternoon, 50 minutes late.

NZ734, the 1850 hours evening flight from BNE to AKL was airborne at 1943 but should be at its destination at about 0016 hours on Saturday 28 may, only 17 minutes late. Aircraft is A320 ZK-OJB.

NZ176, the Friday 27 may 1930 hours evening flight to AKl appears to have been delayed overnight, with departure at 0723 this morning, Saturday 28 May. Arrival is estimated as 1705 this afternoon instead of 0545 bright and early. Aircraft is ZK-NZF, a B789.

On Sunday 5 June 2016 wit the continuing wet weather along the lower Australian east coast including very significant rainfall in SYD, NZ702 (A320 ZK-OJD), the 0950 hours SYD to AKL was still queued at 1104 for departure to the east using runway 07, so it will be at least 40 minutes late arriving in the NZ non-capital harbour city.

Tuesday 12 June 2016 sees NZ125, the mid afternoon 1515 hours AKL - MEL having been airborne at 1553 with B767ER ZK-NCG. Arrival should be at 832 hours, 72 minutes late.

Earlier today NZ103 from AKL to SYD returned to its originating point after passengers smelt smoke in the cabin.

Saturday 23 July is windy in SYD and as at 1100 runway operations were limited to the east-west runway.

NZ702, the 0950 hours SYD across to AKL took off at about 1110 with A320 ZK-OJC. Arrival should be about 32 minutes late at 1527.

On Thursday 6 October, NZ125, the 1720 hours MEL - AKL did not take off until 1811.

Friday 7's NZ128 (1500 hours from MEL across to AKL) is cancelled.

NZ126, the 1835 hours early evening MEL to AKL on Monday 10 October is delayed in its departure until at least 2110.

NZ762 (0940 hours from SYD to NLK, A320 ZK-OJG) took off at 1033. Arrival is predicted to be 1306, 51 minutes tardy.

Friday 21 October 2016 has NZ126, the early evening departure from MEL at 1835 changed to pull out at 2315 for its TransTasman trip to AKL. This is because the 1720 hours arrival NZ125 is not coming in to MEL until 2205 tonight.

The result will be an unpleasant arrival time of around 0430 in the NZ non-capital harbour city.

This flight may be a charter connected with the Singapore Air Force's ongoing training exercises in Queensland - which are to be bumped up due to a recent signing of a further agreement between the Coalition Government in Oz and the Singaporeans - but NZ1934, the 0320 hours ROK - SIN took off at 0416 and is due 53 minutes late at 0938 into SIN. B789 ZK-NZJ is the newish aircraft.

We don't normally post such movements in the delays/ cancellations threads on advice from a moderator - for instance, I don't ever do so for Alliance Airlines - but this was such an unusual flight I seek others' indulgence.
