With the continuing debacle that is Air India, I am genuinely not surprised. What I am surprised about however is that Air India is still standing (financially) with the ongoing misuse of the airline by their Government.

I agree. There were also reports of rats on another well known airline (I have forgotten which one) where passengers were literally sitting with their legs on their seats.

Thankfully such events are rare.
