do you know if there is a software program similar to the frequent flyer friend in that it searches out the best priced airline ticket with several web sites .

i spend a lot of time searching manualy at flight centre, qantas , web jet etc.

i would love to punch in my itinery and have them produce the best possible pricing or deal

thanks

best regards

The best one that I know is www.fare.net.

The difference between this site and others like www.zuji.com.au, www.travel.com.au, etc, is that the later sites will only show you airfares that they get paid commission on.

The fare.net site does not get paid commission on fares, so it will show all fares, including airline sale fares which are only advertised on the airlines website. When the search is complete you click on the fare and it will take you to the airline's website and more importantly the exact fare available.

They get paid by charging the airlines a fee if the customer clicks on the fare.

Quite a useful work around if you ask me
