You couldn't pay me to sit at Subiaco and watch that mob run around cove.

But... someone IS paying me to sit and work and do so. Probbaly so the other two weekend sports journos can attend.

Oddly enough I will be paying good money to watch Freo at Docklands in a couple weeks. But that's just an unfortunate coincidence.

A school boys dream was to get paid to watch sport!
Are you flying on points to Melbourne? In AFF terms cash is king so you use that for living the dream.

Indeed it's one job I rather like on a weekend. The wife would never let me watch this much footy at home.

Flights to Melbourne were revenue tix. I considered cancelling and rebooking on points, but decided to put those points towards a bigger goal.

Which is why we'll be travelling to Japan next year. But that's a plan still yet to be fully detailed - and is a tad OT - so I don't wish to give away too much.

For the Dockers game we catch the bus from Curtin Uni so that means we cannot leave early....that means they need to wear their real footy boots today...

Damn only just saw this - not as good with the AFL Tipping as I am with Super Rugby.

Case in point - 0/2 so far (few picked Pies and Bombers) yet I'm 2/2 from SR.

Thanks serfty. First AFL match kicks off at 7.30pm tomorrow (Thursday). Don't know bout NRL.
